We understand that dogs are a huge part of family life and when you take a trip you want them to come too so we offer a very warm welcome to our four legged guests.
The Morritt Arms is nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and surrounded by amazing walks and we think your dog would love a holiday here too.
We offer a very warm welcome for well behaved four-legged guests.
Your dog can join you as you relax in the bar, lounge and gardens and if you wish to have breakfast with your dog we will serve you in the Bistro. We do ask that you are respectful of other guests when your dog joins you in public areas.
Time For A Walk

For dog friendly days out we can recommend a trip to many of the lovely towns and villages in North Yorkshire, Richmond and Barnard Castle are both close by and many of the pubs are dog friendly if you are taking a spot of lunch.
Of course after a long walk or day out there will be a warm welcome waiting at our fireside for you and your dog.
We offer dog friendly rooms on request, please advise at the time of booking if you wish to bring your dog.
Please note a charge of £10 is made per dog per stay.
